常减压蒸馏装置节能降耗技术改造措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 常减压蒸馏装置的能量消耗相对不小,通常能占到炼油生产过程中能量损失的百分之三十上下。所以怎样有效实施节能降耗工作,是石油行业始终需要应对的关键问题。使用有效的方法对用能结构开展优化,能够很好地降低能量损失,有助于切实提高企业经济效益。下文将从以山东某公司80万吨/年常减压蒸馏装置基本结构研究出发,在这一基础上阐述节能降耗技术改造所具有的意义和行之有效的节能降耗技术改造措施,从而进一步达到理想的效果。 The energy consumption of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is huge and commonly, it can cover about 30% of the energy consumption in oil refining and production process. Therefore, how to implement effectively the energy saving and consumption reducing work is the key point that the oil industry needs to face. Using effective method to take structure optimization of the energy in service can effectively reduce the energy loss and increase the enterprises' economic benefit praetieally. In this paper, it will start from the basic structure of the 80 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of one Shandong company, on which basis, it will expounded the significance and effective measures of the transformation of energy saving and consumption reducing technology so that to achieve the ideal effect.
