摘要
本文主要分析医药化工的原料具体生产过程尾气排放源,全面介绍医药化工的原料药物生产全过程尾气的处理主要技术,深入研究尾气处理的技术与工程设计的要点,继而降低药物生产污染。研究结果说明:第一,尾气处理技术需要和医药化工的行业原料药物生产尾气的冷凝技术相结合,进行综合的分析,降低吸收塔之中尾气吸入总量,减少企业投资;第二,医药化工系统行业之中,原料药物尾气通用性比较差、性质相对复杂以及成分比较多,在设计尾气的处理系统时,需要全面考虑尾气的性质,然后经实践分析,对技术之中喷淋的吸收塔与吸附剂实际浓度等技术参数进行确定;第三,本文所用技术可以对废气进行吸收,该技术设计规程中充分考虑了污水和尾气处理协同的设计,对于各种尾气成分应用吸收剂进行针对性处理。
In this paper, it mainly has analyzed the tail gas discharging source in the concrete raw materials production process of medical chemical industry and introduced comprehensively the main technologies for the tail gas processing in the whole process of medical chemical crude medicine production, besides, studied the key points of tail gas processing technology and engineering design so that to reduce the pollution of medical production. The study result has shown that, firstly, the tail gas processing technology needs to combine with the tail gas condensation technology of crude medicine production of medical chemical industry and the comprehensive analysis is needed to reduce the total tail gas suction volume in absorption tower and decrease the enterprise investment; Secondly, for the medical chemical system, the crude medicine tail gas has a bad versatility, complex property and large number of ingredients, therefore, when design the tail gas processing system, it needs to take comprehensive consideration of the tail gas property and then through the practical analysis to ensure the technical parameters, like the spray absorption tower and adsorbent of the technology; Thirdly, the technology used in this paper can absorb the waste gas, besides, the full consideration has been given to the design of the co-processing of waste water and tail gas and also targeted processing has been taken for the application absorbent of various tail gas ingredients.
