基于企业文化视角的政工工作探究

企业文化作为企业经营及发展中必不可少的元素之一,已经影响着企业的市场竞争力,而政工工作恰好能够有效丰富和发展企业文化,所以对企业文化视角下的政工工作进行深入分析是十分必要和重要的。对此,本文以创新为政工工作讨论方向,先简单分析了企业政工工作创新的意义,然后概述了企业政工工作的创新原则,最后详细分析了企业政工工作创新的有效措施。

Corporate culture, as one of the elements for enterprise＇s running and development, has influenced the enterprise＇s market competition and the political work can enrich and develop exactly the corporate culture effectively, therefore, it is very necessary and important to take in-depth analysis of the political work under the perspective of corporate culture. For that, in this paper, taking the innovation as the discussion direction of political work, it firstly has analyzed the significance of enterprise ＇s political work and then expounded the innovation principle of enterprise ＇s political work, finally, analyzed the effective measures for the innovation of enterprise ＂s political work.
