摘要
笔者根据TSG21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》中关于压力容器监督检验过程质量计划的规定,结合实际工作经验,分析了质量计划在压力容器监督检验中的重要性,并总结了监检员在审查质量计划过程中需要注意的问题。
According to the stipulation about pressure vessel supervision and inspection process quality plan in TSG21-2016 Stationary Type of Pressure Vessel Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation and combing with the working experience, the author has analyzed the importance of quality plan in pressure vessel supervision and inspection and concluded the problems needing the inspector ＇s attention in quality review plan process.
