摘要
目的分析广西崇左市手足口病病原学检测结果,为该地区今后防制提供科学依据。方法收集整理该市2010-2015年各县(市、区)送检的2 401例疑似手足口病患者的粪便、肛拭子、咽拭子、疱疹拭子标本,应用RT-PCR检测样本中肠道病毒(PE)、肠道病毒71型(EV71)、柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CoxA16)的数据。结果该市6年间共检测疑似手足口病患者标本共2 401份,核酸检测阳性1 586份,阳性率66.06%(1 586/2 401)。在1 586份患者中EV71病毒占25.03%(397/1 586);CoxA16病毒占24.78%(393/1 586);其他肠道病毒占50.19%(796/1 586)。结论该市手足口病患者EV71和CoxA16病毒隔年交替出现高峰,上半年以EV71和CoxA16患者为主,而下半年以其他肠道病毒感染患者为主。
Objective To analyze etiological test results of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Chongzuo City in Guangxi and provide a scientific basis for future prevention and control.Methods RT-PCR assay data of enterovirus(PE),enterovirus 71(EV71)and coxsackievirus A16(CoxA16)in samples including stools,rectal swabs,throat swabs and herpes swabs of 2 401 patients with suspected HFMD delivered from each county(district)in 2010-2015 were collected and analyzed.Results A total of 2 401 samples of patients with suspected HFMD were assayed in the six years,and 1586(66.06%)gave positive results in nucleic acid test.Among the etiologies of the 1 586 cases,EV71virus accounted for 25.03%(397/1 586),CoxA16 virus for 24.78%(393/1 586),and other enteroviruses for 50.19%796/1 586).Conclusion EV71 and CoxA16 viruses are responsible for HFMD peaks in different years in an alternate manner;EV71and CoxA16 account for main etiology of HFMD in the first half year,while other enteroviruses for the main etiology in the second half of each year.
