2016年四川省医疗机构法定传染病报告质量调查分析

Reporting Quality of the Legal Communicable Diseases in Medical Institutions of Sichuan Province,2016

目的了解四川省法定传染病网络报告现状及存在问题,提升传染病报告质量。方法对109家医疗机构法定传染病网络直报质量与报告管理相关工作进行调查,并对各指标对比分析,采用logistic回归对传染病报告质量影响因素进行分析。结果 109家医疗机构共抽查法定传染病1 486例,报告率94.28%。乙类和丙类传染病报告率分别为94.22%和94.32%。住院报告率(96.25%)高于门诊报告率(92.55%)。不同级别医疗机构法定传染病报告率不同(χ~2=25.531,P<0.01);不同片区法定传染病报告率不同(χ~2=28.796,P<0.01)。传染病及时报告率、卡片填写完整率、准确率和一致率分别为94.59%、94.46%、89.15%和85.88%。logistic回归结果显示,门诊和住院登记本使用情况、检验科登记情况和地区分布与传染病综合报告质量相关。结论四川省法定传染病报告质量有所提高,但仍存在一些问题,应加强各级医疗机构漏报工作,不断提高传染病报告质量。

Objective To study the present situation and existing problems of network report of the legal communicable diseases in Sichuan Province,to improve the reporting quality of communicable diseases.Methods Investigated on the reporting quality and the reporting management status of communicable diseases in 109 medical institutions,and compared the same variables in different groups.The logistic regression analysis was used to explore influencing factors for the reporting quality of communicable diseases.Results We chose randomly 1486 cases of 25 communicable diseases in 109 medical institutions,and the reporting rate was 94.28%.The reporting rate of B and C class communicable diseases were 94.22% and 94.32%,respectively.The reporting rate among inpatient（96.25%）was higher than that among outpatient（92.55%）.The reporting rate of communicable diseases varied among medical institutions at different levels（χ^2=25.531,P〈0.01）,and was also different in different areas（χ^2=28.796,P〈0.01）.The timely reporting rate,the integrity rate,the accuracy rate,the concordance rate of communicable diseases were 94.59%,94.46%,89.15%,85.88%,respectively.The logistic regression results showed that good use of outpatient and inpatient log,registration of clinical laboratory and regional distribution were associated with the comprehensive reporting quality of communicable diseases.Conclusion The reporting quality of the legal communicable diseases in medical institutions have improved,but some problems are still existed.We should strengthen the management on the omission of communicable diseases of medical institutions,and constantly improve the reporting quality.
