对廊坊师范学院《细胞与显微技术实验》课程教学进行改革,主要包括:修订教学大纲,增加综合性实验和设计性实验,优化教学内容,在原有的实验内容基础上,新增细胞生物学研究领域常用的实验技术;改变教学方法,强调预习和实验结果及时记录和分析的重要性;建立更加科学的成绩评定体系,取得了良好的教学效果。

The paper discusses the teaching reform of cell biology and microscopy experiment in Langfang Teacher＇ s University. The teaching reform was carried out from revising aspects of syllabus, increasing comprehensive and designing experiment, optimizing the teaching content and adding experimental techniques commonly used in cell biology on intrinsic teaching content. Teaching method was changed. Preparation for the experiment, record and analysis of experimental re- sult were attached greater importance to. More scientific grade evaluation system was established and the effect of teaching was improved.
