摘要
应用导向下的研究性教学是根据社会对于应用型人才的需求,结合学校培养应用型人才的目标,培养具有创新意识和创新能力人才的教学模式。以社会保障课程改革为例,结合研究性教学改革的主要做法和实践,通过调整课程目标、构建研究性教学知识体系、采用探究式的教学方法、将理论与实践教学相结合、建立实时教学反馈机制等措施,培养出具有创新意识和独立解决问题能力的应用型人才。
Application-oriented research-based teaching is a teaching model based on society's demand for applied tal- ents and the objective of cultivating applied talents at schools, to cultivate talents with innovation consciousness and capaci- ty. This paper set social security course reform as an example. Based on the major methods and the practice of research- based teaching reform, the paper carried out a method of adjusting course objectives, constructing research-based teaching knowledge system, applying inquiry teaching method, combining theory and practice teaching and establishing real-time teaching feedback mechanism to cultivate applied talents with innovation consciousness and independent problem - solving ability.
