六西格玛质量管理方法在药房管理中的应用价值 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探讨六西格玛质量管理方法在药房管理中的应用价值。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,选取2015年1月-12月第三军医大学新桥医院西药房直接服务的临床病人450例作为研究对象,其中2015年1月-6月的240例为对照组,2015年7月-12月的210例为观察组。本院从2015年6月开始实施药品的六西格玛质量管理,记录两组不合理用药,调查病人满意度与医疗纠纷发生情况。结果:观察组发生不合理用药3例,其中药品滥用2例,重复用药1例,发生率为1.43%;而对照组发生不合理用药26例,其中药品滥用20例,重复用药6例,发生率为10.83%,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的满意度分别为99.05%和90.83%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的医疗纠纷发生率分别为0.00%和3.33%,观察组明显低于对照组(P=0.02)。结论:六西格玛质量管理方法被用于药房管理之后,临床用药更加科学合理,病人的满意水平增加,医疗纠纷发生率降低,有很好的应用价值。 Objective:To explore the application value of Six Sigma quality management method in dispensary management.Methods:Random sampling method was used in the study.Four hundred and fifty patients who received service in the dispensary of Xinqiao Hospital,Third Military Medical University,from January to December 2015,were selected as research subjects.Of all the patients,240 patients who received service from January to June 2015 were designated as the control group,while 210 patients who received service from July to December 2015 were assigned as the observation group.The Six Sigma quality management was implemented from June 2015.The rates of irrational medication were recorded,and the rates of patient satisfaction and medical disputes were surveyed in the study.Results:In the observation group,there were 3cases of irrational medication,of which 2cases were drug abuse,and one case was repeated medication,with the incidence rate accounting for1.43%.While for the control group,there were 26 cases of irrational medication,of which 20 cases were drug abuse,and 6cases were repeated medication,with the incidence rate accounting for 10.83%.The incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).The satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were respectively 99.05%and 90.83%,with that of the observation group being obviously higher than that of the control group(P0.05).The rates of medical disputes for the observation group and the control group were respectively 0.00% and3.33%,with that of the observation group being obviously lower than that of the control group(P=0.02).Conclusion:The application of the Six Sigma quality management system in dispensary management could ensure rationality of medication,improve patient satisfaction and reduce rate of medical disputes.For this reason,it has good clinical application value.
