摘要
目的:评价高频超声引导或解剖定位下股神经阻滞在髌骨手术麻醉的应用效果。方法:选取80例择期行髌骨手术患者,随机分为对照组(D组)和观察组(E组)(n=40)。对照组患者采取传统解剖定位穿刺下行股神经阻滞麻醉,观察组患者采取高频超声引导下行股神经阻滞麻醉。分析两组患者一般情况,麻醉完成时间、麻醉阻滞起效时间、不良反应及并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组患者麻醉完成时间与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);而阻滞起效时间、镇痛持续时间(VAS评分)、不良反应与并发症发生均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声引导下股神经阻滞麻醉较传统解剖定位阻滞麻醉安全性高,定位更准确、持续时间更长、麻醉起效更快、术后并发症发生少,比传统阻滞方法阻滞效果更安全更舒适。
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of high frequency ultrasound guided or under the anatomical position of regional block in patellar anesthesia.Methods:Eighty cases undergoing elective patellar surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group(group D)and observation group(group E)(n = 40).Patients in group D received traditional anatomical sciaticfemoral nerve block anesthesia,and those in group E received high-frequency ultrasound guiding femoral nerve block anesthesia.The anesthesia time,anesthetic effect time,adverse reaction and complications of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,there was no statistical significance in anesthesia completion time of observation group(P〈0.05).However,the block beginning time,duration of analgesia(VAS score),adverse reaction and complications of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound guided percutaneous femoral nerve block anesthesia than traditional anatomical positioning block anesthesia high safety,more accurate positioning,longer lasting,anesthesia work faster and less postoperative complications.
