针灸与中药结合康复训练的方法对中风偏瘫痉挛状态的疗效及安全性评价

Efficacy and safety evaluation of combined acupuncture and medicine rehabilitation training method on apoplectic spastic hemiplegia

目的:探究康复训练、针灸与中药联合治疗对中风者偏瘫、痉挛症状改善情况。方法:以2014年9月~2015年10月期间我院收治的94例中风偏瘫出现痉挛症状的患者为研究对象,采用双盲法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组(n=47)。其中对照组仅进行康复训练,观察组在康复训练基础上加用针灸、补阳还五汤治疗,每日1剂分早晚服用,连续治疗1个月,对患者日常生活能力、肢体能力恢复情况进行评分,同时对疾病治疗效果进行评估。结果:治疗后观察组患者肌力功能、生活能力恢复效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组偏瘫痉挛症改善率为95.7%,明显高于对照组85.1%,观察组治疗效果好,差值具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对中风偏瘫痉挛患者,以康复训练、针灸与中药联合治疗,患者症状改善好。

Objective：To explore the effect of rehabilitation training and the combination of acupuncture and medicine on the improvement of hemiplegia and spasticity in stroke patients.Methods：Ninty-four patients with apoplectic spastic hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by double blind method（n=47）.The patients in control group only received rehabilitation training for treatment,and the patients in observation group added the combined acupuncture and Buyanghuanwu soup on the basis of rehabilitation training for treatment.One dosage were taken in the morning and evening daily with one month continuous treatment to evaluate daily living activity,physical ability recovery situation,and the disease therapeutic effect at the same time.Results：After our treatment,the muscle function and life ability recovery effect of patients in observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The improvement rate of spastic hemiplegia in observation group was 95.7%,which was significantly higher than 85.1%in the control group so that the effect of observation group was better and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The patients with apoplectic spastic hemiplegia have better symptom improvement by the treatment of rehabilitation training and combined acupuncture and medicine.
