护理安全管理在危重患者院前转运中的应用疗效

Application of nursing safety management in pre-hospital transport of critically ill patients

目的:分析在危重患者院前转运过程中采用护理安全管理的临床治疗效果。方法:本研究选择我院2015年6月至2016年6月期间收治的危重患者326例作为实验组,患者在院前转运中采用护理安全管理;另取2013年6月至2014年6月期间危重患者326例作为对照组,患者采用传统院前转运,比较和分析不同转运方法的护理效果。结果:相较于对照组,实验组患者在转运中意外发生率明显较低(P<0.05),死亡率明显较低(P<0.05),而患者家属的护理满意度明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:在危重患者院前转运过程中采用护理安全管理具有理想的效果,可将转运的安全性提升。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of nursing safety management in pre hospital transport of critically ill patients.Methods：In this study,326 cases of critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the experimental group,patients in the hospital before the transfer of nursing safety management.Another 326 critically ill patients from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as control group,patients with traditional pre hospital transport.The nursing effect of different transport methods were compared and analyzed.Results：Compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly lower in the incidence of accidents（P〈0.05）,mortality was significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and the patient′s family nursing satisfaction was significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of nursing safety management in pre hospital transport of critically ill patients has an ideal effects,it can enhance the safety of transport.
