摘要
自高校统招以来,高校毕业生就业能力不足所导致的就业难已经成为全社会普遍关注的问题。因此,要改善毕业生的就业难现状,不仅要重视经济结构的调整,加快发展服务业的吸纳能力,更要强化毕业生的就业能力培养。
Ever since college entrance examination, the lack of problem concerned by the whole society.Therefore, in order should not only pay attention to the adjustment of economic employment ability of college graduates has become a to improve the employment status of graduates, we structure, accelerate the development of the service industry, but also strengthen the ability of graduates.
