高校在提高学生工作科学水平时应以"学生为本,全面发展,依法治校"为理念,科学地规范学生工作的内容和范围,不断完善各项工作制度,创新学生工作方法,并且还需要建立一支具有专业性的学生工作队伍。对提高学生工作科学化水平进行分析与研究,并提出相关建议。

The improvement of student work in colleges should be based on the idea of ＂student-oriented, comprehensive development and managing education by law. The limit of student work should be measured out seientifely, and the regulations should be improved. Suggestions for the student work methods need to be put forward, A specialized team need to be built up. In this way, the author put forward some improvement suggestions on student work according to her working experience and research on student work.
