摘要
面对大学英语教学改革的现状及翻转课堂个性化的学习特点,大学英语教学界开始探索和实践翻转课堂教学模式。新的教学模式为大学英语老师的教学带来了新的机遇,同时也带来了各种挑战。作为新的教学模式的引领者和实施者,大学英语教师只有充分理解了翻转课堂的实质,才能针对存在的各种问题采取有效的措施来实施翻转课堂教学。
Faced with the current situation of college English teaching reform and personalized learning features of filipped classroom, college English teachers have begun to explore and practice the flipped classroom teaching mode. The new teaching mode has brought new opportunities as well as challenges to college English teachers. As leaders and practitioners of the new teaching mode, only with fully understanding the essence of flipped classroom can college English teachers take effective measures to solve existing problems.
