小切口白内障摘除治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Small Incision Cataract Extraction in Treatment of Cataract with Glaucoma

目的:讨论小切口白内障摘除对治疗白内障合并青光眼的效果,阐明其临床应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的白内障合并青光眼患者140例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各70例。观察组进行单纯小切口白内障摘除治疗;比较两组患者前后眼压、前房深度及视力水平的变化。结果:手术治疗后,两组患者的视力水平,前房深度、眼压均得到改善,且观察组的各项指标改善程度更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者视力显著升高、前房深度加深和眼压的降低均得益于小切口摘除白内障方法的应用,该方法临床价值高,值得广泛推行。

Objective： To discuss the effect of small incision cataract extraction on the treatment of cataract with glaucoma and to clarify its clinical value.Method： 140 cases of cataract patients with glaucoma were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional trabeeulectomy, and the observation group was treated with the simple small incision cataract extraction.Compared with the changes of intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth and visual acuity between the patients in two groups before and after the treatment.Result： After the treatment, the intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth and visual acuity of two groups improved, and the indicators of the observation group improved more obvious, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Significant increase in visual acuity, the deepened anterior chamber depth and decreased intraoeular pressure benefit from small incision cataract extraction method.The clinical value is high and it is worthy of implementation.
