Domesctic Violence and Power Game in the “Field of Filial Piety”

社会性别与人权理论相结合的家暴研究范式最初在社会学、法学等学科引介下进入中国,虽然具有较大的阐释力,但相对忽视中国传统家庭文化和当代社会的特殊性。从知识生产角度看,中国大陆的家暴研究在不同学科间的发展还很不平衡,也亟需开展对话与交流。《驯子记》、《瓦城上空的麦田》、《母亲》、《爱恨情仇》等当代家暴小说,从孝文化的角度窥探代际/亲子权力关系不平等中的家庭暴力和权力游戏,尝试与社会性别理论突显的性别权力关系不平等的家暴研究形成对话。

The domestic violence research paradigm which combined the gender and human rights theories was primitively introduced into China by disciplines of sociology ,law, and so on. Although it has great explanatory power, it relatively neglects the particularity of the Chinese traditional extended family culture and contemporary society. From the perspective of the knowledge production, domestic violence resear- ches in China's Mainland are quite unbalanced among different disciplines, so it＇s urgent to conduct dialogues among them. From the perspective of the filial culture ,this paper combines four contemporary domestic violence fictions such as ＂Tame a Son＂,＂Wheatland over the City of Wa＂,＂Mother＂,＂Love and Hatred＂, to discuss domestic violence and power game under the unequal power relations between parents and chil- dren , also it tries to make a dialogue with the domestic violence researches which combined the gender and human rights theories and focused on the unequal gender power relations.
