摘要
介绍了建筑信息模型(BIM)技术概念、发展和国内外研究现状,结合某实际项目实例,探讨了BIM技术在建筑电气设计中的应用,阐述了BIM技术在建筑电气设计领域中的优势和不足。提出BIM技术在建筑电气设计中的应用还处于起步阶段,但随着国家对BIM的大力推动、配套技术标准的出台和设计软件的不断更新,BIM技术在建筑电气设计领域的应用将越来越广泛。
With the application of BIM technology in the construction industry at home and abroad,the application of BIM technology in the field of building electrical design will be more and more. This paper introduced the BIM technology concept, development and research status at home and abroad, and discussed the application of BIM technology in a practical project. The advantages and disadvantages of BIM technology were elaborated in the electrical design of building. It is pointed out that the application of BIM technology is still in a preliminary stage in the electrical design of building. With the country' s push for BIM,the formulation of technical standards and design software updated, the application of BIM technology in the electrical design field of building will be more and more wide.
