膜联蛋白A7在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of annexin A7 in colorectal cancer tissues

目的探讨膜联蛋白A7在结直肠癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测76例结直肠癌组织及相应癌旁黏膜组织(>5 cm)膜联蛋白A7的表达情况,分析其表达情况与临床病理特征的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中膜联蛋白A7的阳性表达率为80.3%(61/76),癌旁黏膜组织中膜联蛋白A7的阳性表达率为30.3%(23/76),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNM Ⅲ+Ⅳ期,淋巴结转移及黏液腺癌/印戒细胞癌患者的癌组织膜联蛋白A7的阳性表达率较低(P<0.05),在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、CEA含量组间表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膜联蛋白A7可能参与了结直肠癌的发生、发展,具有一定的潜在诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of annexin A7 in colorectal cancer tissues. Methods The annexin A7 expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry（ SP method） in 76 colorectal cancer tissues and their corresponding paracarcinoma tissues （ 〉 5 cm ）. The relationship of annexin A7 expression with clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of annexin A7 were 80.3% （61/76） and 30.3% （23/76） in the colorectal cancer tissues and paracarcinoma tissues respectively, and there was statistical difference between the two types of tissues （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive expression rates of annexin A7 were lower in colorectal cancer tissues of the patients with TNM stage Ⅲ ＋ Ⅳ, lymphatic metastasis and mutinous adenoearcinoma/signet ring cell cancer （P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistical difference in the expression between the patients with different age, gender, tumor diameter or CEA contents （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Annexin A7 may be involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and obtains a potential diagnostic value.
