Design of Automatic Protection Device for Bulk Grain Handling Equipment

针对目前散粮装卸设备缺少有效自动安全防护装置的现状,设计一套散粮装卸设备自动防护装置。根据散粮装卸设备的工作原理和故障特点,利用在关键点位加装限位开关、感应开关、温度传感器等检测器件以及张紧装置动态调节等技术,该装置能做到故障自动停机、张紧动态调节,从而避免机损,减少维修量,降低维修成本。

A set of automatic protection device for bulk grain handling equipment is designed after anaiyzing the present situation on lacking effective automatic protection device for bulk grain handling equipment. According to the operating principle and fault characteristics of bulk grain handling equipment, some technologies are adopted, such that the limit switch, inductive switch, temperature sensor and other detectors are added in the key positions and the dynamic adjustment of tension device is also applied. The automatic stop caused by trouble and the dynamic adjustment of tension can be achieved by the device with an aim to avoid the equipment damage, reduce maintenance and cut cost.
