2013年秋,习近平总书记首次提出了"一带一路"的战略规划。虽然山西未被列入,但应积极响应"一带一路"战略的号召,并利用"一带一路"战略这一契机,促进山西经济发展。通过阐述山西在"一带一路"中的渊源和优势地位,探索山西的转型跨越发展之路。

In the autumn of 2013, general secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the strategic planning of ＂The Belt and Road＂. Although Shanxi has not been included, but should actively respond to the calls of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, and use ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy to promote the economic development of Shanxi. This paper describes the origin and advantages of Shanxi in ＂The Belt and Road＂, and explores the transformation of Shanxi development across the road.
