摘要
焦化废水因其具有成分复杂、毒性大、难降解物多、色度高等特点,一直是工业废水处理的难点。氰化物是焦化废水中主要污染物之一,氰化物多有剧毒,少量的氰化物也会破坏生态平衡,严重威胁人类生命安全。为此,本研究拟采用合理的实验设计方案,探讨化学沉淀结合Fenton法处理焦化废水中的氰化物,结果表明,在最佳试验条件下,即双氧水、硫酸亚铁、溶液酸碱度分别为190μL/L、240 mg/L、5.0左右的条件下,溶液中残留的总氰和易释放氰可以实现达标排放。本研究可以为今后焦化废水处理中针对氰化物的专门处理单元提供一定程度上的参考和借鉴。
Because of the complicated composition, high toxicity, low degradation, and high chroma of coking wastewater, it has always been a difficult problem in industrial wastewater treatment. Cyanide is one of the main pollutants in coking wastewater, and is toxic. A small amount of cyanide will also destroy the ecological balance, and can seriously threaten the safety of human life. Therefore, this paper intends to use reasonable experiment design, explores the chemical precipitation method combined with Fenton treatment of cyanide in coking wastewater. The results show that under the optimum conditions, namely hydrogen peroxide, ferrous sulfate, pH were 190 uL/L, 240 mg/L, and about 5, the total residual cyanide and easily released cyanide can be discharged to the standard, which provides some reference for specis treatment unit of cyanide wastewater treatment in the future.
