摘要
自适应液压夹具通过液压浮动支撑与大侧斜螺旋桨桨叶曲面自适应接触,有效抑制了大侧斜螺旋桨精加工过程中由于叶片侧斜角度大、加工刚性不足导致的加工缺陷,有效提高了该零件的加工效率和质量。
The adaptive hydraulic fixture through hydraulic floating support and adaptive contact of highly skewed propeller blade surface can effectively inhibits the processing defect of highly skewed propeller in machining process due to large slant angle of blade, insufficient processing rigidity, and effectively improve processing efficiency and quality of the parts.
