在任务量不均衡的情况下,国有企业的质量管理重点是要抓好对人、机两个要素的管理,并改进管理,采用PDCA循环以提升产品质量。
In the ease of unbalanced tasks, the quality management of state-owned enterprises should focus on the management of human and machine, improve management and adopt PDCA cycle to improve product quality.
