摘要
从企业劳资管理的现实意义入手,重点分析了企业劳资管理工作中存在的主要问题,并相应探讨了企业劳资管理的优化措施,以供相关单位参考。
From the practical significance of labor-capital management of enterprises, this paper focuses and analyzes the main problems existing in labor-capital management, and discusses the corresponding optimization measures to improve labor-capital management, for reference.
