摘要
研究企业绩效考核的现状,阐述企业人力资源绩效考核中存在问题的解决对策,总结得出企业的领导人、考核者和被考核者必须足够重视企业的人力资源绩效考核,才能保证企业绩效考核有效执行。
This paper studies the current situation of enterprise performance evaluation, expounds countermeasure for enterprise human resource performance appraisal, and concludes that attaching importance to human resources performance evaluation by enterprise leaders, examiners and examinees can ensure effective implementation of enterprise performance appraisal.
