On Problems Existing in Technical Advisory Services and Advice for Highway Construction Project

由于公路建设项目技术咨询服务起步晚,重视度不高,还存在诸多问题需要研究和解决。根据《交通运输部建设项目委托技术咨询服务管理办法》,并结合公路建设项目技术咨询工作的经历,初步总结提出技术咨询服务存在的问题和相关建议。

As the technical consulting service of highway construction project started late without paying too much attention, many problems still need to be studied and solved. According to Measures for Management of Commissioned Technical Consulting Services in Construction Projects of Ministry of Transportation, combined with technical consulting experience of highway construction project, a preliminary summary of the problems existing in technical advisory services and related suggestions are provided.
