摘要
在基于经济转型,社会发展对高层次应用型人才需求的背景下,为推动校外兼职导师自身发展,提高专业学位研究生的培养质量,以湖南师范大学小学教育专业为例,对校外兼职导师的现状进行分析,并对兼职导师在指导研究生过程中自身职权不明确、与学生互动意识淡薄、兼职导师与学生需求存在偏差和指导空间有限四个方面问题进行探讨,为优化校外兼职导师制度,从学校管理、兼职导师自身的角度提出定期对校外兼职导师组织培训、加强校外兼职导师与学生间的互动、建立优秀校外兼职导师库、制定特色化的校外兼职导师评聘体系、建立健全校外兼职导师激励制度五项可行性的对策。
Based on the background of economic transformation and the demand of social development for high-level applied talents. Based on the economic transformation and social development background of high-level talents demand, in order to promote the development of school part-time tutors,improve the quality of professional degree graduates,this paper,taking primary school education major of Htman Normal Uni- versity as an example,analyzes the present situation of part-time tutors. At the same time,it discusses the following four aspects:part-time tutors are not clear about their own authority in the process of guiding graduate students, weak interaction with students, deviation between part-time tutors and students and limited guidance space. In order to optimize the school part-time tutor system, five feasible plored: regularly carry out the training of part-time tutors from the point of view of school management and part-time tutors;strengthen the inter- action between part-time tutors and students; set up excellent part-time tutor library; set up a characteristic part-time tutor evaluation system as well as establish and improve the incentive system of part-time tutors.
