摘要
通过对折弯机矩形导轨运行精度影响因素进行分析,提出一种四点复合滚动导轨系统,用滚动摩擦代替滑动摩擦,增加导向长度,滑块受力更加合理,达到提高机床运行稳定性和速度效果。使用实践验证得出四点复合滚动导轨系统是折弯机尤其是长规格折弯机滑块导轨系统中理想的导向方式。
By analyzing the affecting gradients of running precision of rectangular guide rail, a kind of four point composite guiding system was put forth. So the running stability and speed effect are increased and the bearing force acted on it is more reasonable by using rolling friction instead of sliding friction and increasing the guiding length. It is proved by practice that the four point composite guiding system is the ideal guiding fashion for guiding system especially for big specification in length of the ram of press brake.
