摘要
以箱体零件为例,基于工艺尺寸路径图的思想,建立箱体零件孔加工的工艺尺寸的路径图及不同标注下的平面毛坯尺寸的路径图。区别于线性尺寸,比较孔的粗加工余量,得出孔系零件加工时单方向不只一个粗基准的情况下,应根据具体情况选择其中最合理的粗基准作为标注基准。此时以粗基准作为标注基准的粗加工余量路径最短,其粗加工余量误差最小,从而验证了线性毛坯尺寸标注基准原则同样适用于平面孔系毛坯尺寸。
The box part is taken as an example in this paper, based on the path diagram of process dimension, the path diagrams of process dimension and plane blank dimension with different dimensioning are estab- fished. By being different from line dimension and comparing the rough machine allowance of holes, the most reasonable rough reference should be chosen as the dimensioning reference according to specific sit- uation when the rough reference is more than one in a single direction in machining multiple- holes parts. The path of blank dimension is the shortest and the rough machine allowance is minimized when the rough reference is taken as the reference of dimensioning, and that the rule of the liner blank dimen- sioning reference is applied to plane multiple -holes blank dimension as well is verified.
