摘要 基于提高复合磨床加工精度,对精密复合磨床的B轴回转机构进行了总体设计和零件结构设计。为了满足电动机惯量与负载惯量的匹配要求,采用了由伺服电动机经谐波减速器的驱动方式,并选择了伺服电动机及谐波减速器的型号;中心采用三支承立柱结构,上端两轴承支撑,下端固定在底座上,根据受力变形模型选择各段轴径及长度;底座装有气动夹盘,在磨削时可抱紧砂轮架体壳,根据磨削力矩要求选择了气动夹盘的型号。该B轴回转机构体积小、回转精度高,应用前景广泛。 Based on improving composite grinding machine precision, the overall design and part structure design of the B -axis turning mechanism of precision compound grinding machine were carried out. In order to meet the motor inertia and load inertia matching requirements, adopted by the servo motor drive by har- monic reducer, and select the model of servo motor and harmonic reducer; the center position uses pillar with three supporting structure, the upper two bearings support, the bottom fixed on the base , accord- ing to the stress and deformation model, select the shaft diameter and length ; the pneumatic chuck is in- stalled on the base, it can hold the wheel frame body shell while grinding, the type of pneumatic chuck is selected according to the grinding torque requirement. The B -axis rotary mechanism has small size, high precision rotary and wide application prospects.
