以循证为基础的延续护理对PCI术后患者疾病自我管理能力的影响

The effect of evidence-based continuing nursing on self-management ability in patients after PCI

目的:讨论循证实践在PCI术后患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法:170例PCI术后患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各85例。两组患者均接受6个月的延续护理干预,干预组接受以循证为基础的延续护理,对照组按目前院内的随访方案接受延续护理。结果:干预后自我管理行为量表的3个维度以及总分组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组优于对照组。结论:以循证为基础的延续护理能提高PCI术后患者的疾病自我管理能力,从而促进患者恢复。

Objective： To study the effect of evidence-based practice on continuous care in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention PCI. Methods： 170 patients after PCI were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group, 85 cases in eaeh group. Both groups received 6 months＇ continuing nursing care., the experimental group received evidence-based continuing nursing, control group received continuing nursing care based on current follow-up program. Self-management ability was compared before and after intervention. Results： After intervention, the overall score of self-management scale and the score in 3 dimensions in experimental group were statistically significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Evidence-based continuing nursing can improve the self-managernent ability of coronary heart disease, so as to promote the recovery of patients after PCI.
