PDCA循环引导的Ⅰ型成骨不全患者康复随访研究

Application of PDCA on follow-up for rehabilitation patients with osteogenesis imperfecta of type Ⅰ

目的:探讨PDCA循环引导的Ⅰ型成骨不全患者康复随访效果。方法:选择Ⅰ型成骨不全患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用PDCA循环模式对Ⅰ型成骨不全患者进行护理,对照组采用常规护理方法。进行患者满意率、WeeFIM评分评估并比较两组患者的随访效果。结果:末次随访患者满意率及WeeFIM评分,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:PDCA循环式随访管理是一种以患者为中心的全程互动模式,能提高患者依从性,提高术后康复效果。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of follow-up rehabilitation management based on PDCA for patients with osteogenesis imperfecta of type I. Methods： Totally 60 patients with osteogenesis imperfecta of type I were divided into two groups. PDCA was implemented in the observation group, while the control group received traditional nursing. Moreover,The rehabilitation effect, patient satisfaction, WeeFIM score in both groups were evaluated and compared. Results： The observation group was significantly better than the control group in patient satisfaction and WeeFIM score at the latest follow-up （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The rehabilitation follow-up management based on PDCA is a patient-centered and interactive model ,which can effectively enhance the patients compliance,improve the patients rehabilitation.
