摘要
本研究对世界范围内的优异多花黑麦草种质开展SRAP遗传多样性研究。试验结果表明,14对引物共扩增270条带,平均每对引物扩增19.29条,其中多态带240条,平均每对引物17.14条,多态率88.89%。材料间遗传相似系数为0.45450.8087,平均GS值0.6164。对所有材料聚类分析和主成分分析显示,在GS值为0.617处,供试材料可分为5个类群,大部分来自相同或相似生境材料聚为一类,表明供试材料具有丰富的遗传多样性。
This paper focused on SRAP genetic diversity of excellent Lolium multiflorum L. germplasms worldwide. Results showed 270 bands were amplified from 14 primers, of which with an average of 19.29 of which 240 bands were polymorphic ( 88.89% ) , with an average of 17.14. The genetic similarity coefficient varied from 0. 4545 to 0. 8087 among the materials with an average of 0. 6164. The un- weighted pair - group method with arithmetic averages (UPGMA) and the principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) produced 5 groups, based on the GS value of 0. 617, which showed most clusters were closely ralated to their geographic environments and abundant genetic diversity in annual l-yegrass worldwide.
