雪松叶片水提液对3种草坪草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Aqueous Extracts of Cedar Leaves on the Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Three Turf Grasses

采用TP法,用浓度为0(对照)、0.007、0.014、0.028和0.07g·ml-1的雪松叶片水提液分别处理多年生黑麦草(Lolium Perenne L.)、草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)和白三叶(Trifolium repens L.)种子。结果显示,随着水提液浓度增加,3种植物的发芽势、发芽率以及芽长和根长均小于对照。与对照相比,雪松叶片水提液对3种草坪草的发芽率和发芽势有抑制作用,但对多年生黑麦草发芽率影响不显著;对3种草坪草幼苗生长也表现为抑制作用,但对多年生黑麦草幼苗芽长的影响不显著。表明雪松叶片水提液对多年生黑麦草、草地早熟禾和白三叶种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用强度与浓度有关,浓度越高抑制作用越强,随着浓度的降低,抑制作用逐渐减弱。

Perennial ryegrass, Kentucky bluegrass and White clover were treated concentrations of leave aqueous extracts of Cedar by using TP. s the concentration of aqueous extracts increased, the germination energy, germination percentage, radicle length and plumule length of turf grasses were those of the CK. Aqueous extracts inhibited the germination energy and germination percentage of kinds of turf grasses, but not significant for the germination percentage of Perennial ryegrass, as well as seedling growth he aqueous extract of Cedar leav- es seed germination and seedling growth in all the three turf grasses.
