基于参数化建模方法的气囊连接件优化设计

摘要 为了解决气囊连接件拉裂引起驾驶员产生二次伤害的问题,提出连接件结构的改进方案.在原有材料不变的情况下改变气囊连接件上的螺栓孔位置和数量,采用参数化建模方法,建立了8种结构的三维CAD模型.利用有限元法对结构进行强度及刚度分析,讨论改进方案的应力集中位置和最大Von Mises应力值的关系,并结合连接件的力学特性,确定了最优结构形式. In order to solve the problem that the driver will be hurt when the airbag connector is cracked, an optimal design of the connector structure was presented. Under the condition of original material unchanged,the locations and quantity of bolt holes in airbag connector were changed,eight kinds of 3D models of the structure were established using parametric modeling method. The strength and rigidity were analyzed using finite element method, and the relationship between concentration an properties of the d the maximum Von Mises stress value was discussed.
