摘要
采用LabVIEW虚拟仪器以及标准FlexiForce传感器,对3名测试者穿着同一款斯凯奇儿童运动鞋,在防震鞋垫、棉质吸汗鞋垫、矫正功能鞋垫和运动鞋自带鞋垫等4种情况下,测量站立、行走、慢跑和上台阶4种状态下的足底压力,通过比较足底压力值,得到不同类型的鞋垫对足底压力分布的影响.结果表明:第一跖趾与足后跟区域的压力较大;防震鞋垫在行走状态下的缓冲减压效果最好,可减缓70%左右的足底压力;棉质吸汗鞋垫对前足的减压效果较为明显,在慢跑状态下减压效果最明显且舒适性能较好;矫正功能鞋垫对整个足部区域的减压效果最好,但舒适性最差,自带鞋垫的舒适性最好.
LabVIEW virtual instrument and standard FlexiForce sensor were adopted to test the plantar pressure under four states of standing,walking,jogging and going upstairs of three participants wearing the SKECHERS children's shoes with shockproof insole, common cotton insole, orthotic insole and the built-in insole. Effects of insole's type on plantar pressure distribution was obtained by comparing the plantar pressure values. The results show that the plantar pressure values of the first metatarsal bone and heel area are large; the shockproof insole plays a best cushioning effect during walking, which can reduce the plantar pressure by about 70% ;the plantar pressure in forefoot area will be reduced obviously when wearing common cotton insole during jogging and with better comfort; orthotic insole has the best effect On reducing plantar pressure but the worst comfort; the built-in indole has the best comfort.
