大牛地气田泥砂岩间互层穿层压裂影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 大牛地气田砂泥岩互层较多,水平井开采虽然可以实现单层储量的最大动用,但是无法同时开采纵向上多个储层,针对这类储层展开可控穿层压裂技术研究,有效合理地开发间互层,实现盒1和山2储层共同动用。结合单井数据,对工区内隔层厚度和水平主应力差进行对比计算,以分析储、隔层性质、人为可控因素对穿层压裂的影响。综合考虑多种因素,以储层厚度和应力差为依据,初步形成了穿层界限判别标准,并通过井温测井验证单井隔层压开与否,最后形成了一套构建在储层性质精细描述之上,结合多种施工工艺的可控参数优选方法,可为其它井设计和优化提供参考。 There are many sand and shale interbed in Daniudi gas field.Although the horizontal well exploitation can realize the maximum utilization of the single layer reserves,it is impossible to exploit several reservoirs in the longitudinal direction.A systematical and significant influencing the Daniudi gas field exploitation technology called layers penetration fracturing that between the pay zone He-1 and Shan-2 has been developed by associate with the characteristic of pay zone.The treatment parameter such as discharging rate and fluid viscosity also researched for the aim of proposing the treatment advice and optimal method in different conditions,in order to form the penetration principle and a technique that could identify controllable factors.Associated with the precise single well stress explanation results and well temperature monitoring,the layers penetration model and principle's reliability have been verified,which presented the steerable layers penetration fracturing treatment and parameter optimization method.
