住院医师指导医师队伍建设是影响住院医师规范化培训质量的重要因素。通过分析住院医师规范化培训基地师资队伍存在的问题,总结了中日友好医院师资队伍建设的经验,并提出了建设对策,以期为广大医学教育工作者提供借鉴与参考。

Trainer is an important factor to influence the quality of residency training.Based on the analysis of problems of resident trainer in resident standard training base,experiences of trainer training in China-Japan friendship Hospital are introduced to give reference for medical education.
