百年老院文化传承创新实践与体会

Practices and experiences on century-old hospital's culture inheritance and innovation

绍兴第二医院秉承传承百年的"3H"文化理念,通过建立院史馆、成立"福康讲堂"、组建"3H"志愿服务队开展志愿服务、以特色小吃为载体传播品牌文化、多载体开展各类文化主题活动、营造医学人文氛围、加强医院文化阵地建设、打造具有浓厚医院文化氛围的医院环境等实践举措传承并不断创新医院文化,使医院文化与医院战略发展目标和谐统一,充分发挥了医院文化在医院发展中的积极推动作用。介绍了绍兴第二医院文化建设的实践体会。

Inherited by the concept of 3H culture,Shaoxing Second Hospital（formerly Fukang hospital）,as a century hospital,has constructed hospital culture by building hospital history museum,establishing ＇ Fukang forum＇,carrying out voluntary service by 3H volunteer team,carrying out colorful culture activities,highlighting on hospital culture construction.It shows that hospital culture has played active role on hospital development and promoted the integration of hospital culture and hospital strategy.The article has introduced the practice and experiences on Shaoxing Second Hospital.
