摘要 评定电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定人参中Pb含量的不确定度。建立人参中Pb含量计算的数学模型,运用测量不确定度的基本方法,对模型中各影响因素的不确定度进行计算和评定。结果表明Pb元素含量测定结果,样品液中Pb元素浓度的不确定度是合成不确定度的主要来源。按照JJF1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,当取置信概率95%,最终得到Pb测量的扩展不确定度为0.041mg/kg。本方法对ICP-MS法测定人参中Pb含量结果的不确定度评定具有参考作用。 To evaluate the uncertainty of Pb content in Ginseng detected by ICP-MS. Mathematical model of Pb content in Ginseng was established. The uncertainties of factors in mathematical model were analyzed and calculated. The results showed that Urelsam (C) was the main source of U (X). According to JJF1059-2012, the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended. The expanded uncertainty of 0,041mg/kg (k=2) were obtained at the confidence probability of 95% and coverage factor of 2. The method provides references for the uncertainty evaluation of Pd in Ginseng by ICP - MS.
