摘要
具有专一性和选择性的分子印迹技术已经广泛用于蜂产品的安全检测和有效成分的提取中,并且很好地解决了复杂基质蜂产品中农药等污染物残留分析前处理用时长和技术难度大等问题。本文综述了分子印迹技术在蜂蜜、蜂胶和蜂花粉等蜂产品中的应用,并总结了存在的问题、展望了应用前景。
Molecular imprinting technique owned the specific selectivity has been widely used in safety testing and extraction of effective components in bee products, and excellently solved time-consuming and needed difficult technique in the pretreatment and analysis of pesticides etc residue for the complex matrix-bee products. This paper reviews that the molecular imprinting technique was used to apply in honey, propolis, and pollen etc bee products. Finally the existing problems in the field were summed up and the application prospect was forecasted.
