摘要
针对一种新型大功率滚动式汇流环装置,利用三维软件Solidworks中进行参数化建模,然后导入有限元软件Ansys Workbench后进行静力学分析,得到了内、外环上接触应力的分布情况;在此基础上,利用Response Surface Optimization模块来分析联结器半径的变化对接触区域应力的影响,得出了接触应力与联结器半径值之间的变化关系。然后对汇流环装置进行模态分析,得到汇流环装置的一到六阶固有频率和振型,在模态分析基础上对其进行谐响应分析,得出联结器在X,Y,Z轴方向的位移响应曲线。结果表明:汇流环装置的各阶固有频率均小于工作频率,激振力频率与汇流环装置的5、6阶固有频率接近时,联结器容易发生共振。该汇流环装置结构具有较好的动态特性,验证了汇流环装置结构设计的合理性,为汇流环装置结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。
For a new high power rolling slip ring device, the parametric modeling of 3D Software was established by Solidworks. Then the modeling was imported into the finite element software Ansys Workbench for static analysis, and the distribution of contact stress of the inner and outer ring was obtained. On this basis, the relationship between stress of contact zone and changes in radius was analyzed by Response Surface Optimization module, and the relationship between stress of contact zone and changes in radius was obtained, hen the 3D model was imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to finish modal analysis, one to six order natural frequency and vibration mode of the new rolling slip ring device was got. On the basis of modal analysis, the displacement response curve of coupler along X,Y,Z direction was dispatched by harmonic response analysis. The results show that natural frequeneies of the new rolling slip ring device are lower than working fiequence, and the fifth and sixth natural fiequencies would be aroused easily. The new rolling slip ring device had better dynamic characteristics, and the result verified the rationality of the new rolling slip ring device, which provided theoretical basis for design optimization of the new rolling slip ring device.
