摘要 高强度、重量轻、结构紧的整体构件是航空航天发动机的重要部件,但由于整体构件结构复杂、叶间涡道狭窄、弯扭,刀具加工可达性差,且工件材料难切削,使得整体构件加工成为世界级的制造难题;电解加工生产率高,特别适合于加工异形型腔,针对整体构件的形状特点,对电解加工的工装进行了设计,确保加工过程零件的绝缘,导电,装夹。通过对零件产品的试加工,针对电解加工过程出现密封问题、腔体位置偏离问题进行探讨,在设计结构的基础上进行了方案的优化设计,实验证明,合理的工装能够满足整个零件加工过程的需求,从而避免机床的腐蚀,最终获得合格零件。 Integral component with Compact structure, high strength and light weight is an important part of aerospace engine. But the structure of intngral component being very complex ,its vortex paths (irregular cavity )between blades being narrow and twisting ,the material hard and machinability poor, processing the integral component have become a difficult manufacturing problems in the word. The electrochemical machining has high productivity, can be a molding and suitable for processing irregular cavity part particularly, according to the characteristics of the integral component, the design of electrochemical machining device can ensurethe insulation of the processing parts, conductive and clamping. By the test of product parts processing, the electrochemical machining process sealing problems and cavity position deviation be discussed , the experiments show that the new reasonable design ofthesefixture can satisfy the whole process of parts processing, avoid corrosion of the lathe and ensure the location and size of products.
