摘要
研究针对塑料激光透射焊接的难以控制性,采用数值模拟和实验研究相结合的方法,分析了热塑性塑料ABS和PP混合激光透射焊接的温度场分布。首先分析了ABS塑料和PP塑料的物理性质和透光性;其次将激光能量分布近似为高斯分布,考虑热传导,建立激光透射焊接温度场模型,并用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对其进行仿真,求得焊缝的宽度和温度分布图;再进行相应的实验温度采集;最后将焊缝中线温度分布的模拟值和实验值进行对比。对比结果表明:二者的趋势基本一致,误差在20℃以内,焊缝宽度基本相同。因此本次建立的模型可以针对不同的塑料,寻求最优的焊接工艺参数,指导实际生产,提高生产效率。
It aimed at the uncontrollability of thermoplastic laser transmission welding, and the combination of numerical simulation and experiment method was used to analyze the temperature distribution of thermoplastic ABS and PP in laser transmission welding. Firstly, thephysical property and transmission coefficient were analyzed. Secondly, the distribution of laser power was approximated asGaussian distribution, and the heat conduction was taken into consideration to develop the temperature model of laser transmission. And then, the simulated analysis was conducted by COMSOL Muhiphysics software, and the width and temperature distribution of weld joint can be obtained. After that, thecorresponding experiment was implemented to get the temperature distribution. Last, the temperature distribution comparison of simulation and experiment value was made. The comparative result showed that: the width ofweld joint and the variation trend of simulation and experiment value were nearly the same, and the error was within 20℃. Therefore, this model can be used to seek the best welding parameters and enhance productivity.
