摘要
为适应产品的快速更替与设计,提出了基于FBS模型分解的模板重用设计方法。对模板的属性进行了研究,分为了几何层和抽象层,建立了模板的数学模型。抽取设计知识,建立产品FBS分解模型,在模板的应用中实现几何层和抽象层的重用。为了实现模板使用的规范化,对模板进行了分类。结合设计中的驱动参数与几何参考,阐述了模板重用的设计流程,实现模板的同步更新。最后,在水轮发电机定子线圈模具的设计中,引入提出的设计方法,大大提高了设计效率。
In order to realize the rapid replacement and design of products, a knowledge template reuse design method based on FBS model decomposition is proposed. The property of the template is studied, the attributes of the template are divided into geometry layer and abstraction layer. And a mathematical model of the template is established. Though extracting design knowledge, establishing product FBS decomposition model, we implement knowledge template reuse on geometry and abstraction layer. For the standardization of template application, the template is classified. Based on the driving parameters and geometric reference, the design flow of template reuse is discussed. At last, the design method of this paper is introduced in the design of the stator coil mould of a hydro- generator, which greatly improves the design efficiency.
