摘要
介绍了全自动胀管机工作站的结构组成和工作原理。在空调换热器芯体大规模生产中,传统生产方式存在生产效率低、工人的劳动强度大等缺点。另一方面,智能工厂是全球工厂未来的发展方向。考虑以上两点,设计了全自动胀管机工作站。该工作站在不改变原有生产工艺流程和原有胀管机的情况下,通过增加各种自动输送线、机器人及抓手、旋转门工作台、自动归正定位台、视觉图像系统等一些智能辅助设备,提高了其自动化水平,实现了全自动生产、全程不落地生产,大幅提高了生产效率、减轻了工人劳动强度,也是空调换热器芯体智能工厂的重要组成部分。
The structure and working prineiple of full automatic tube expander workstation are introduced. Some deficieneies of low production effwiency and high labor intensity existed in the traditional mode of production in mass production. On the other hand,the intelligent factory is the future development direction of the global factory. Considering the above factors, full automatic tube expander workstation is designed. There are different conveying lines ,a robot,a rotary door workbench,an automatic positioning workbench and the imaging system were added to this workstation without changing the original production process and tube expander. The automation level of the tube expander production is improved. The fully automatic production and no floor production are realized. The production efficieucy is improved and the labor intensity of workers is reduced. This full automatic tube expander workstation is an important part of air-conditioning heat exchanger core intelligent factory.
