摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌化疗患者干眼症发生情况及其相关因素分析。方法回顾性分析2016年4~10月我院收治55例乳腺癌化疗患者的临床资料,采用χ2检验进行单因素分析,采用Logistic回归分析方法分析乳腺癌化疗患者并发干眼症的危险因素。结果本组病例中,诊断为干眼症阳性21例,干眼症阴性34例,干眼症阳性率为38.18%,干眼症阴性61.81%;单因素分析显示,干眼症阳性与年龄、BMI、临床分期、视力、化疗疗程的因素有关,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),干眼症阳性与位置、化疗方案的因素无关,无统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,BMI≥23.56kg/m^2、临床分期Ⅱ期、临床分期Ⅲ期、化疗6疗程、化疗8疗程为干眼症阴阳性的独立危险因素。结论乳腺癌化疗患者干眼症普遍存在,乳腺癌化疗患者并发干眼症受多种因素影响,眼科医师应全面评估独立危险因素病例眼部情况,给予早期干预,拟达到改善乳腺癌化疗患者的健康状况和生存质量的目的。
Objective To discussing the occurrence of dry eyes and its related factors analysis in patients with breast cancer patients. Methods Clinical data of 55 patients with breast cancer patients from April 2016 to October 2016 in our hospitals were retrospectively analyzed. The relevant factors were analyzed by chi-square test. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of breast cancer patients with dry eye syndrome. Results In the cases of group, there were 21 cases diagnosed with positive dry eyes, 34 cases of negative dry eye, the dry eyes positive rate was 38.18%, dry eyes negative rate was 61.81%. Univariate analysis showed that the age, BMI, clinical stages, eyesight, number of chemotherapy were related to dry eyes positive, and there was a statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Univariate analysis showed that the location, chemotherapy regimens were not related to dry eyes positive, and there was no statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the BMI 23.56kg/ m2, Clinical stage II, Clinical stage , Chemotherapy regimen six times, Chemotherapy regimen eight times were the independent risk factors of dry eyes. Cormlusion Breast cancer chemotherapy patients with dry eyes are widespread. The breast cancer chemotherapy patients xerophthalmia affects by many factors. The ophthalmologists should be comprehensive assessment cases eye independent risk factors, propose to improve the health of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy and survival quality.
