摘要
目的探究心理护理在儿童重症监护室护理中的应用效果。方法根据不同的护理方案,将2016年全年我院儿童重症监护室收治的88例患儿分为两组,对照组44例患儿实施常规ICU护理,观察组在此基础上辅以心理护理,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较两组患儿及家长的焦虑、抑郁评分;应用我院自制问卷比较两组的护理满意度。结果观察组SAS评分(22.4±3.4)分、对照组SAS评分(43.2±5.1)分;观察组SDS评分(21.3±2.5)分、对照组SDS评分(43.6±4.8)分(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度95.5%(42/44)、对照组护理满意度72.7%(32/44)(P<0.05)。结论在儿童重症监护室的临床护理中强调心理护理,可明显改善患儿及家属的焦虑、抑郁情绪,有助于提高重症患儿的配合程度,以达到最佳的临床效果,因此深受广大患儿家属认可,应在临床予以推广。
Objective To explore application effect of psychological nursing on nursing in pediatric intensive care unit. Methods According to different nursing schemes,88 children who were admitted to pediatric intensive care unit in our hospital in 2016 were divided into two groups.44 children in the control group were given routine ICU nursing while the observation group was given psychological nursing at basis of it.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were used to compare anxiety and depression scores of patients and parents in two groups.A self-designed questionnaire by our hospital was used to compare nursing satisfaction of two groups. Results SAS scores of the observation group and the control group were(22.4 ± 3.4) and(43.2 ± 5.1) respectively.SDS scores of the observation group and the control group were(21.3 ± 2.5) and(43.6 ± 4.8) respectively.Nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group was 95.5%(42/44) and 72.7%(32/44) respectively(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Emphasis of psychological nursing on clinical nursing in pediatric intensive care unit can significantly improve anxiety and depression of children and family members and help to improve degree of coordination of children with severe diseases to achieve the best clinical effect.Therefore,it is widely recognized by family members of children, which should be of clinical promotion.
