创新型护理流程模式对改善ICU机械通气患者并发症及护理质量的护理效果

Nursing effect of innovative nursing process model on improving complications and nursing quality of patients with ICU mechanical ventilation

目的分析创新型护理流程模式对改善重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者并发症及护理质量的护理效果。方法选择我院2016年1月-2017年1月ICU收治的300例行机械通气的患者作为本次的研究对象,其中对常规组采取一般护理流程,对实验组采取创新型护理流程,对比两组护理效果。结果实验组与常规组的并发症发生率分别为3.67%与50.00%(P<0.05);实验组在基础护理、特级护理、病房管理、重点环节管理、文书管理、急救药品管理、总护理质量方面的评分均明显高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组机械通气、ICU时间、住院时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05);实验组的护理满意度明显优于常规组,分别为(93.22±5.32)%与(81.52±5.02)%(P<0.05)。结论对ICU患者行机械通气的过程中采取创新型护理流程的应用效果显著,可有效提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间与机械通气时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of innovative nursing process model on improving complications and nursing quality of patients with Intensive Care Unit （ICU） mechanical ventilation. Methods 300 patients undergoing mechanical ventilation who were admitted to ICU in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects.The routine group was given general nursing process while the experimental group was given innovative nursing process.Nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results Complication rates of the experimental group and the routine group were 3.67% and 50.00% respeetively（P 〈 0.05）.Scores of basic nursing,special nursing,ward management,key link management,document management,first-aid medicine management,total nursing quality in the experimental group were all significantly higher than those of the routine group（P 〈 0.05）.Time of mechanical ventilation,ICU and hospitalization stay of the experimental group were all significantly shorter than those of the routine group（P 〈 0.05）.Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was（93.22 ± 5.32）%,significantly better than that of the routine group（81.52 ± 5.02）%（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Innovative nursing process model in application of mechanical ventilation for ICU patients has significant application effect.h can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,shorten hospital stay and mechanical ventilation time,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing quality.
